At Coventra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

2. Eligibility for Returns

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, send us an email at support.coventra@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

 

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your product has a free-shipping cost, you will receive a refund considering your costs for return the product.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • If you are shipping an item over [e.g., $75], we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
